These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ATMP-Core and ATMP-Courier platforms operated by Saber Tech. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Purpose

ATMP-Courier is an operational logistics and last-mile delivery platform designed to manage dispatch execution, driver availability enforcement, payment validation, and delivery accountability. The Platform is intended for lawful commercial use only.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Drivers must meet all licensing, vehicle, insurance, and verification requirements as defined by Saber Tech and applicable laws.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Saber Tech is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

4. Driver Obligations

Drivers using the Platform agree to comply with all dispatch rules, availability enforcement mechanisms, acceptance windows, and delivery execution requirements. Failure to comply may result in restricted access, suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform.

5. Payments & Revenue Protection

The Platform enforces payment validation, acceptance logic, and revenue protection controls. Saber Tech reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse payments in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, failed deliveries, or disputes.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not misuse the Platform, attempt to bypass enforcement systems, manipulate availability status, falsify delivery records, interfere with system integrity, or engage in unlawful activities. Violations may result in immediate termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, systems, trademarks, and proprietary technology are owned by Saber Tech. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, Saber Tech does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saber Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions arising from Platform use.

10. Termination

Saber Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, operational risk, or legal compliance reasons.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Acceptance

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
