Aegis Filings Suite is designed around the authorization, document preparation, and workflow requirements associated with SEC filing operations.
The Engineering Problem.
A filing workflow involves more than preparing a document. The system needs to account for the party acting, the authority behind the action, the information being submitted, and the record of what happened.
The Approach.
Saber Tech's design brings authorization management, draft handling, document operations, package preparation, and reporting into a structured environment. Its EDGAR Next-oriented architecture addresses accounts, permissions, tokens, confirmations, and reconciliation as connected operational concerns.
Traceable activity is central to the design. The purpose is to preserve the relationship between an action, its authority, and its recorded outcome rather than treating submission as an isolated button press.
